Our goal at S&L Property Management is to make your life as a home renter as pleasant and trouble free as possible. To do this we believe the key is open communication at all times.

We want to make it as convenient as possible for you to communicate with us and get the service and answers you need as quickly as possible.


S&L has a highly skilled team of professionals to better serve you and keep your house in tip-top order. Our Maintenance Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We hire only the best local professionals who are licensed, bonded and insured. Their work is fast, clean, and reasonable!

Fill out our Maintenance Request Form! Having troubles with a water heater? Does the pool filtration system need attention? Is a faucet dripping? Simply call us anytime at (951) 698-4030 extension 2220, e-mail Maintenance or fill out a maintenance request form. We want to perform any repairs as quickly as possible! You may get the form by clicking here or go to your Rent Café portal and submit a work order.

Need Help With Your Rent?

If you anticipate a problem paying your rent in full and on-time, DON’T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE! You can ask your owners for an extension or some sort of payment arrangements. Written requests to the Financial Services Manager should be submitted as soon as you know their maybe a problem. A formal request can be made by clicking here.

Rent Café Portal

As of July 1st, the Rent Café portal is up and running.  You can register here and pay your rent online, check the status of your account and submit maintenance requests.  The Rent Café portal is also available in the Google Play Store and ITunes for mobile apps.  Contact our Financial Services Manager for further information.  You can pay by debit or credit card, electronic check and set-up a recurring monthly payment.

Updating Your Information

If you have changed jobs, phone numbers or other information since you filled out your original rental application with S & L Property Management, please email our Financial Services Manager, David, and update your information for us. Also, if anyone has either moved in or out of your home, please let us know so that we can update your lease.

30 Day Notice

If you are planning on moving, for whatever reason, you might like to visit our “30 day notice” page and let us know even months ahead of time. No need to wait until the last 30 days. You can even schedule a cleaning crew to tidy up your place. Whether you are looking to find a bigger or smaller home to rent we can help. We have many residences for rent with more rentals being added each day. You may down load the form from here: 30-day notice to vacate form.

PLEASE NOTE: 30 day notices must have a “wet signature”, i.e. – we legally cannot accept e-mail notification, voice mail or faxed copies of your signature. Mailed notices MUST be via certified mail only.

Do you have a question for S & L Property Management or the owners of your rental home and are not sure who to ask? Maybe you were thinking about planting trees in the front yard or putting an above ground pool in the back. You may have considered painting the interior a different color but you don’t know if the owners would approve.
